Bu soruyu ara ara düşünüyorum ve cevaba yaklaştıracak birkaç uygulamayı sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum.
Ya ben mimarıyım yaşamamın ya da kişiler, olaylar, kalıplar, varsayımlar…
Güne başlarken modumuz, düşüncelerimiz, nasılsa günü öyle tamamlarız genellikle ve bu döngü böyle devam edip gider.
Kendi yaşamımızın mimarı olabilmek için gerçek anlamda kendimize ayırdığımız verimli zamanlarımızın olması gerekli gibi görünüyor.
Başlangıç için Tony Robbins’ in sabah uygulamaları güzel olur diye düşünüyorum😊
Sabahları ;
🍀İlk birkaç dakika hareket halinde olmak. Bu hareketlilik müzik eşliğinde açılma hareketleri de olabilir, kısa bir yürüyüş te olabilir, pencereyi açıp oksijen eşliğinde esneme hareketleri de olabilir..
🍀Şükran duymak. Birkaç dakika Sahip olduğumuz neler varsa, sevdiğimiz kimler varsa, yaşamımızda olan herşey için teşekkür etmek.. Şöyle bir gerçek var ki ne kadar şükrediyorsak o kadar pozitifi daha çok kendimize çekiyoruz..
🍀Dua etmek. Birkaç dk sevdiklerimiz, kendimiz, önemsediğimiz şeyler, yakınlarımız için dua..
🍀Odaklanmak. Birkaç dakika gün içinde yapmayı planladıklarımıza odaklanmak. Önemli ve öncelikli olan birkaç maddeyi hayal ederek tamamladığımızı düşünmek.
