Hayatın genelinde insanların çoğunu hep bir şeylere yetişirken veya bir şeyleri aceleyle bitirmeye çalışırken görürüz.
Kimi zaman gideceğimiz bir randevu, yürüdüğümüz yol, okuduğumuz kitap yaptığımız temizlik, ailemizle ilgilenmek, çalıştığımız bir proje, yediğimiz yemek ve hatta dostlarla muhabbetlerimizi bile acil durum alarmı var gibi gerçekleştiriyoruz.
Sanki sabahları uyandığımızda 112’yi arıyor ve zihnimizi ambulansa bindirip sirenler eşliğinde sağımızı solumuzu görmeden varacağımız yere ulaşmaya odaklanıyoruz.
Çoğu zaman bunu kusursuz olabilmek için yapıyoruz ve bu istek hiç bitmez. Etrafta olup biten hiçbir detayı görmeden güzellikleri fark etmeden geçip gider günlerimiz.
Halbuki kainatta olup bitenler aynı şekilde, aynı ahenk ile aynı yavaşlıkla olmaya devam eder.. bu işleyiş böyle devam ederken en küçük işlerimizi bile acil yapan etken; yalnızca kendi zihnimizdir.
Bu aciliyet için de kendimize bile müsamaha gösteremeyecek hale gelebiliyoruz. Basit tercihleri mutluluğumuzun katı şartlarına çevirebiliyoruz.
Yaşamda molalar vermek ve biraz yavaşlayarak yaşamak, daha huzurlu daha planlı olabilmek için atılabilecek önemli adımlardandır.
Unutmayın!! Hayatın acelesi yoktur acelesi olan yalnızca zihnimizdir.
